AT&T wanted to demonstrate the graphical and animation design capabilities of the Frame Creation System that they were marketing to the emerging interactive online environment to their upper management.

Proof of Concept

We had made quite a name for ourselves as talented animators who also understood what "The Business" was all about. AT&T asked us to model a number of applications for them and package it as a management-level strategic slideshow presentation.

My longtime professional associate William B. Porter did most of the animation and design work on this particular project.

AT&T's Frame Creation System (FCS) was based on a Digital Computer PDP 8.

The image if the FCS at right is the only one I could find at Understanding Viewtron - a concise little slideshow that describes the sort of environment we were working with.
