X-College : Viking
I designed, researched and taught a course in "Viking" through the Experimental College at Tufts University in the Spring of 1970). These are some of my working notes. I like to think that I anticipated the recent "Vikings" series on cable. It's actually pretty accurate.
I lived in Norway as a boy (Dad was with the embassy) - went to the local schools, and speak Norsk pretty well. It seemed to me that the Vikings always got kind of a bad, undervalued rap, so...
